Bohle has launched its new high strength MS polymer mirror adhesive, Xtragrip MS.
As a hybrid polymer adhesive, Xtragrip MS features a fast-curing, primerless fix – even on damp surfaces – combined with a high degree of workability.
Xtragrip MS is neutral and free from silicone and isocyanate and has a curing speed of 2-3mm/24 hours compared to traditional silicone products.
Dave Broxton, managing director of Bohle, said: “What you get with MS Polymers over other types of silicone-based products is far better adhesion, even where the substrate is damp, with a rapid, strong and highly uniform, cure.
“These are clear benefits in any commercial application. Xtragrip MS is also EC1 PLUS R certified so you don’t get the odour and emissions associated with other adhesives as they cure, which in addition to increased flexibility in working, is another major benefit.
“Finally, silicone free, Xtragrip MS is very competitively priced as it is not subject to the price volatility of the global market for silicone oil.”
Xtragrip MS has a 12-month shelf life and is supplied in boxes of 25 standard 290ml cartridges.
