Bringing decorative glass to life
Following the introduction of the new Lacobel and Matelac 2020 colour range to its decorative painted glass brands, AGC has introduced the Deco Glass Visualiser.
This online design tool allows architects and designers to try out the new colours simulated within different room settings and lighting conditions.
Offering two distinctive looks, Lacobel is painted on one side for a glossy finish while Matelac is painted on one side and acid-etched on the other to give a matte effect. Together, they can be used in combinations that either match shade-for-shade or contrast with one another.
AGC’s Deco Glass Visualiser is quick and easy to use, allowing contemporary new shades such as Green Sage, Red Terracotta, Copper Metal and Brown Walnut to be brought to life with a simple click.
Specifiers select the virtual colour of glass clad walls and furniture in two predefined scenes to see how colours combine, as well as experience how the glossy and matt finishes react with natural daylight and artificial lighting.
Other options include the ability to watch an animated video, send the image created to a customer, and share the image on social media.
