Driving up standards

Business Pilot, the cloud-based CRM tool, will be exhibiting on Stand M10.

Managing director, Elton Boocock – along with partners Ryan Breslin and Ryan Schofield – will be discussing recent developments, including the integration with the remote selling tool, Tommy Trinder.

“We want to sit down with our customers to discuss some of these new features and we’ve actually got Chris Brunsdon from Tommy Trinder on our stand to show installers how their favourite CRM tool can be seamlessly integrated with their favourite selling tool,” said Elton.

Another key integration that Business Pilot will be demonstrating is the partnership with Fensa.

“Business Pilot is all about professionalism, about driving up standards and profitability within your company, so it is a natural development for us to work with professional bodies to easily and efficiently record all relevant certificates as part of the platform,” Elton continued.

“Collaborations such as these – and there are many more in the pipeline – are what we want to discuss most with our customers and with prospects. Importantly, we want to discuss how these developments can improve the way they work.”

While Business Pilot is an off-the-shelf solution, it is designed to fit with installers’ needs, not the other way round.

New landing pages deliver dedicated, role-specific dashboards: users can select the dashboard/s most relevant to them, for example sales, surveys, service or operations. Each is designed to deliver the most relevant tools to users’ fingertips and allow those who perform multiple roles within a business to switch easily between them.

“Business Pilot is tailored to the needs of businesses,” said Elton. “FIT Show is a great opportunity for us to talk to business owners about how their companies are run, and how we can develop the software so that they work smarter.”
