Veka launches flush product suite

Veka has launched a new product suite called Omnia, which has a flush finish on both interior and exterior and comes complete with options for casement and tilt and turn windows as well as residential and French doors.

The new range – along with a host of other new services – was unveiled to customers at a recent event in Burnley by Veka’s MD, Neil Evans and Veka CEO, Andreas Hartleif.

The initial reception to Omnia has been very positive with Lister’s Roy Frost commenting that it is ‘absolutely in the sweet spot.’

Veka’s new product line-up is confirmation of the ongoing popularity of flush PVC-U systems a as high value home improvement solution – one that is often enhanced even further with addition of a foiled finish.

Affordable Window Systems, which introduced its timber alternative Timberlook range seven years ago, has reportedly notched up 650,000 flush sash frames since.

The company has recently invested £250,000 in a new Supercut saw centre to increase manufacturing capacity of Timberlook, the production of which now takes up nearly half the space in its new, multi-million pound factory.

And while we’re on the topic of machinery investment, Forel is inviting customers to its HQ near Venice in Italy for a series of Demo Days in May and July.

According to Forel, it enjoyed a lot of interest at last year’s Vitrum exhibition and will also be showcasing its products at Glasstec later in 2024, but it has organised the Demo Days to allow customers more flexible dates to explore its range of solutions.
