Order Processor based in Swansea

An opportunity has become available for an Order Processor to join our growing team.
To be successful in this role you must display strong attention to detail and quality, as well as excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. You must also be able to work well with people and demonstrate dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules.
The main duties of this role are:
- Processing quotes
- Processing orders
- Checking orders and quotes
- Amending customer orders and quotations
- Chasing order confirmations
- Producing material analysis
- Liaising with customers regarding delivery arrangements
- Updating production schedules
- Allocating Stock
- Dealing with customer queries
- Answering the telephone
You will have knowledge of the aluminium window and door industry. Technical knowledge of Smarts profile and LogiKal aluminium processing software is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
