Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time basis based in Bradford.
The Operations Manager will oversee all operational activities at every level of the organisation, from the point an order has been placed.
Part of the core operations responsibilities include resourcing, staffing, recruitment, and financial processes linked to the budgeting aspects of the role, in which the Operations Manager will manage costs, budgeting and forecasting, along with project delivery functions include delivery assurance, customer delivery and relationship management.
As an Operations Manager you will:
- Ideally have at least 8 years of Operations experience ideally within home improvements but not essential.
- Have experience in managing budgets to include reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Be able to successfully manage, lead and support a team.
- Able to work under pressure.

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm but must be able to work flexible hours as and when required.
