Retail contract
Bennett Architectural has been selected to work on the Next store at Selly Oak’s new retail park.
The project, which encompasses 250,000ft2, will also host various retail outlets including Sainsburys and Marks and Spencer as well as student accommodation. Bennetts will supply and install Pilkington planar solutions for the Next branch.
Lionel Grant, managing director at Bennett Architectural, said: “The Pilkington planar glazing will add a striking look for the Next branch at Selly Oak Retail Park which we have no doubt will turn heads once completed.”
Work on Selly Oak Retail Park is set to begin later this year.
