The first phase of the £65 million New Era Square student accommodation in Sheffield has officially been opened, featuring Kawneer doors, AA100 curtain walling and AA720 windows, as well as Raynaers CF-77 folding/slide doors – all supplied and installed by Bennett Architectural.

Lionel Grant, managing director at Bennett Architectural, said: “It’s great to see New Era Square is now open and thriving already; it’s a striking building that our team were delighted to work on alongside the team from Bowmer and Kirkland.”

The development was designed to be about inclusiveness: sharing, living and working together and celebrating Sheffield’s cultural diversity. New Era Square was unveiled at an opening ceremony on Saturday September 15.
