The Residence Collection products have been specified on a modern, new build home in Solihull with the installation of 12 Residence² windows.

Partnering with installer, Mainstream Windows and fabricator, Stedek Windows and Doors, 12 R² windows in the Clay colourway were selected to elevate the property, situated in Solihull. The windows were said to be specially chosen ahead of the construction of the property due to the colour matching exactly with the aluminium bi-folds and fascias.

The R2 collection is billed as a leading aluminium alternative solution, one that features market leading energy efficient performance and a cutting edge square interior.

The windows at the property in Solihull used the Timberweld joint manufacturing method to mimic a traditional timber joint, a combination of Georgian Bars, 28mm square glazing bead, fluted corner posts and Juliette balconies were added to complete the property. The strategic placement of the large bay windows and astragal bars allowed the property to maximise the available natural light and open living spaces.

With regards to energy efficiency, the R2 collection offers A++ energy ratings and can reach a U-value of up to 0.8W/m²k for triple glazing and 1.2W/m²k for double glazing as standard.
