Double R Glass and Roofing Systems has reported its IGU sales are up 19% year on year.
“Insulated Glass Units is a competitive market to operate in, especially with suppliers offering less than cost price units to the market,” Ian Sims, managing director of Double R Glass and Roofing Systems, said. “But customer service does prevail, and we’re thrilled to be working with even more like-minded, quality focused fabricators and installers.
“Last year we invested £1 million in a fully automated vertical Super Spacer hot melt IGU line to ensure consistency in quality for new and existing customers as we continued to grow. With an increasing number of companies choosing us to supply their sealed units, the machine is coming into its own – producing quality units in volume, efficiently.”
