Transformational move

Trade and retail fabricator Sign Windows has said its business has been ‘transformed’ since moving to Deceuninck.

Following a management buy-out in 2019 the Leicester fabricator set ambitious growth plans and switched to Deceuninck to capitalise on the growing premium sector, the company said. Within the first year, Sign’s turnover increased by over 65%.

Jake Dickman, production manager at Sign Windows, said: “We saw the market changing; all the growth is at the top end with colour and premium products. We knew we needed a better product offering to tap into this market and Deceuninck was the logical choice.

“We weren’t expecting switching systems to be an easy process but Deceuninck’s technical support and customer service were second to none. The team made the whole process simple and problem free.”

Sign Windows fabricates and sells Deceuninck’s Flush Sash window, Flush Sash door, 2800 series and 2500 series. The fabricator said these products, along with Deceuninck’s wide colour range are extremely popular with both trade customers and homeowners.

“Colour from Deceuninck is just brilliant,” Jake said. “It doesn’t matter which colour you pick, you know it’s going to be there on the next delivery. Even with special colours we only have to wait three to four weeks which, as you know, compared to the rest of the industry is incredible. We’ve seen fantastic growth since moving to Deceuninck and we’re confident we’ll continue to grow.”
