Distinction Doors’ technical support team is on hand to support fabricators and installers with any technical queries.

The five-strong team, headed up by technical manager Alan Welch, supports Distinction’s customers from the initial set-up process through to ongoing technical support in relation to the fabrication and installation of their products and aftercare.

Alan Welch said: “We work closely with both our fabricating customers and their installers and provide continuous support for their technical requirements. Our team provides regular weekly or monthly face-to-face visits to our customers with hands on practical help covering all aspects of training and good production practices.

“Our customers tell us it’s reassuring to know that there’s someone on hand to provide the advice and support they need, when they need it.”
