Milwood Group has launched two new products in its Alfresco range of verandas: Lifestyle and Contemporary.
The Lifestyle Alfresco has a fresh, rounded appearance, which enables it to fit in with both modern and older style buildings, while the Contemporary Alfresco is a sleek and modern in appearance, the company said.
Each system can span up to 6m between posts and extend out from the property by 6m. The roof can be covered with 8mm toughened glass, or 35mm structured polycarbonate panels that are vandal and shatter resistant.
Both systems are manufactured from Milwood’s bespoke aluminium extrusions and can be finished in any RAL or BS colour required. The Lifestyle and Contemporary Alfresco systems can each be supplied with a range of upgrades such as heating, lighting and glass sliding.
Managing director Mark Wood said: “The outdoor living market is growing off the back of the boom in the bifold door sector. Verandas, canopies and luxury glass rooms offer a large span between posts, which creates a viable outdoor space that’s useable throughout the year.”
