Norfolk based trade fabricator, Swiftframe, has signed up to Salestracker, the online prospect database from Insight Data.
Swiftframe recently appointed Jason Scrivens as sales director to help drive the business forward and as Jason explains, his first move in this new role was to phone Insight Data and switch on Salestracker.
Jason commented: “I’ve been in the industry for over two decades, working in extrusion, hardware and fabrication, and I’ve always relied on Salestracker to help me find and win new trade customers.
“Not only is the data quality superb, providing in depth product and financial information, but Salestracker also features an advanced CRM which I’ve historically used to successfully manage my customer relationships.
“Swiftframe have never had access to data like this or a quality CRM system, so it’s an exciting new tool for the business.”
As well as using Salestracker to identify new prospects, Jason added that he’ll also use the in-built email marketing platform to put the Swiftframe brand back in front of installers.
“Swiftframe isn’t your standard trade fabricator,” Jason commented.
“We extrude our own profile, giving us greater control of our supply chain and the ability to offer our customers a genuinely unique product, and we have a truly world class manufacturing facility.
“We have a lot to offer but we’ve been too quiet of late, and I suspect the industry has forgotten how good this business really is.
“Swiftframe is a sleeping giant and the email marketing platform incorporated within Salestracker will help us re-engage with installers and allow us to explain how we can give their business an edge over the competition.”
Swiftframe will have access to the ‘fenestration’ database within Salestracker, a detailed list of over 14,000 fabricators and installers featuring detailed business information including products, key people and financials.
