J & S Adhesives has announced that it has recently completed the acquisition of UV-Tek Products. The purchase includes all of the intellectual property, formulations, stock and equipment.

John Jackson, managing director of J & S Adhesives, said: “The UV-Tek brands, which are well established, will fit alongside our existing product range, including Safe2Bond, Nano470 and Screencare Products.

All products will be manufactured from our main facility at Coningsby in Lincolnshire.

J & S Adhesives will continue to supply existing UV-Tek customers and will be looking to further expand sales through exports, on line sales and further acquisitions.
