Reinventing clean

Bohle has launched a new cleaner which shifts stubborn dirt, paint and grime from a wide variety of surfaces, without damaging them.

XtraClean is a completely new cleaning formula, which cuts through grime without using chemical additives, acids or bleaching agents.

Instead it uses a specially developed combination of ultra-fine microparticles, essential oils and surfactants that combine to create a mechanical effect, which loosens dirt without scrubbing. This means that it’s suitable for removing deposits of building dirt and rust from a wide variety of materials including glass, stainless steel, ceramics, tile joints and other hard surfaces.

Sold in a paste form, XtraClean is easy to apply using a standard soft cloth or sponge and then re-worked with water as required depending on the level of contamination. Depending on the substrate it’s also powerful enough to remove graffiti from walls or even concrete or mortar splashes from glass without damaging it.

Dave Broxton, managing director at Bohle said: “It’s a pretty common story – you’ve installed windows and doors, you’ve gone away from site, while other trades have come in and you come back to find that the plasterer or the render have not only plastered the walls but also your doors or windows.

“Alternatively you’ve left a metal canister or tin on a piece of glass, ceramic tile or machinery and it’s left rust marks – XtraClean, will shift it. It really is an incredible product. I’ve trialled it at home on chrome door handles which had become dull and slightly pitted. I didn’t need to scrub or rub. You simply apply XtraClean evenly over the surface and the microparticle and surfactants do the hard work.”
