Q Mark certification for casement window
Schueco UK’s AWS 70 SC casement window has been awarded Q Mark product certification by Exova BM Trada.
The tests included air, wind, water, recycling and all aspects of BS 4873, as well as PAS 24 security. The latter is of particular interest to fabricators because it means that the window can be used in Secured by Design projects.
The tests were carried out on Schueco AWS 70 SC windows with all the five different vent profiles, including inside and outside glazing beads with their respective hinges and locking systems.
