Ultraframe has launched a series of professionally designed online Proposal Generators, designed to help its installers create proposals to send to homeowners.
The Proposal Generators are designed to help with lead conversion and are completely free to existing users of the Ultraframe/Icaal CRM system.
Ultraframe’s marketing director Alex Hewitt said: “This clever online tool allows Ultraframe installers to create custom-branded proposal templates and add unique content including videos, image galleries, VR Tours, awards, accreditations, and client testimonials. The Proposal Generators mean that our customers can present a quote to their potential clients in a highly professional way that really sets them apart from the competition.”
Proposal Generators are available for conservatories, orangeries, extensions and replacement roofs. Each proposal has been pre-populated by Ultraframe with high quality imagery, video content and more, and customers simply need to tailor the template with the correct roof system for the specific project, along with details of their price and company information, which can all be done at the click of a button.
The system even enables homeowners to approve the quote and pay a deposit using a secured payment gateway.
