Tommy Trinder and Affordable Window’s Group have completed their second major product collaboration, making the Decorio range of steel-look aluminium windows, doors and screens available to design, visualise, quote and order through Tommy.

“Bringing Decorio and Tommy together gives installers the perfect way to sell premium steel-look windows and doors,” says Tommy Trinder founder Chris Brunsdon. “Decorio is a design-led range; homeowners care deeply about proportions, sightlines and period details. Being able to see everything come together in full, photorealistic detail before they buy gives customers real confidence – and makes it much easier for installers to take the order.”

The Decorio steel-look range is manufactured in Lancashire by a 40-strong team and brings together more than three decades of window and door manufacturing experience. The range spans external windows and doors, internal hinged and sliding doors, and fixed screens, combining slim aluminium profiles with heritage and Art Deco styling.

Using Tommy, installers can create detailed Decorio designs with the homeowner, explore alternative layouts, price options in real-time, and show how the finished products will look on the property. Tommy’s unique Bring It To Life technology then blends those designs into the image, creating ‘indistinguishable from reality’ makeovers that help homeowners fully imagine the transformation.

“The moment homeowners see the steel-look dream brought to life on their own home is powerful,” says Chris. “It turns a technical conversation about bars, frames and glass into something immediate and emotional.”

The level of choice within Decorio made the project one of Tommy’s most intricate projects to date. Installers can configure the range’s distinctive lock boxes, add and independently position multiple transoms, specify different glass and glazing treatments within individual panes, and create goalpost frame arrangements for internal doors and screens.

All key design choices are available to touch and show, including 33mm and 47mm outer-frame options, reeded and obscured glass, popular colour finishes, and a wide selection of traditional and Art Deco hardware.

“Whether it is the frame width, the transom height, an Art Deco handle, the size and position of the lockbox, or a single pane of reeded glass, the small choices are what make the design feel authentic,” says Chris. “Tommy makes those choices super easy to explore and beautiful to present.”

Ryan Fisher of Affordable Window Systems said:

“Tommy saves time for our customers, makes quoting and ordering simple, and helps boost conversion rates through impressive presentation.

“Our Timberlook range has gone from strength to strength since becoming available on Tommy Trinder, delivering impressive growth and proving hugely popular with our customers. We’re confident Decorio will give installers the same powerful advantage.”

The web-based app allows retailers to display products, design windows and doors with homeowners, visualise how they could look on a property, calculate prices, create professional branded quotes and prepare orders without the usual administration headaches.

Developed by former installer Chris Brunsdon and the Tommy Trinder team, the platform focuses on helping installers sell and homeowners buy. It is available on a monthly subscription and can be cancelled at any time.
