New support package launched
Kingfisher Windows has created a new support package for installers, including a series of brochures.
Deborah Beeley, sales and marketing manager, said: “Most homeowners find that a lot of window and door brochures don’t show them the lifestyle advantages of the products, and don’t give them information they need to make decisions. With this in mind, Kingfisher decided to start the new designs from scratch. We went back to the drawing board and spoke to homeowners, asking them what they wanted to see in brochures to help them make decisions.”
Using the homeowner feedback, Kingfisher designed magazine-style brochures, packed with hints and tips for customers.
Deborah said: “Today, many homeowners buy a range of products. We often see orders for PVCU windows, composite doors and bifold doors together, showing that homeowners are buying into the lifestyle. That’s why we created these new brochures.”
Kingfisher has a dedicated space for customers on its trade website, where they have access to marketing literature, technical information and order information.
