Leads 2 Trade is looking for suppliers and installers of garden rooms to register their interest on a postcode-by-postcode basis, following its decision to add garden rooms to its range of lead type offerings.
Andy Royle, co-founder and managing director of Leads 2 Trade, said: “Garden rooms are proving a hassle-free and cost-effective alternative for homeowners who would like to increase their living space but don’t want a traditional full extension.
“We have had a lot of interest from our existing conservatory companies who have diversified into the garden room market to capitalise on the popularity of them since lockdown as more and more people need an office to work from home or a separate space for a home gym.
“So, we thought the time was right to add them to our comprehensive sales lead types and we are looking for installers to register their interest now and reserve their postcodes to be able to take advantage of the garden room boom and win more business.”
Andy said the current home improvement boom is helping the company generate around 500-600 enquiries per week for conservatories/orangeries.
“With the demand for garden rooms constantly on the rise, we are expecting the leads to flood in,” he said.
