Central Window Systems now offers the 58BW flush casement window from Aluk.

β€œThe 58BW combines weather resistance, advanced performance, incredible versatility and excellent security, and as a durable alternative to timber and steel window systems, it’s ideal for contemporary newbuilds and refurbishment projects,” the company said.

Thanks to its thermally broken design which offers a low U-value of 1.5W/m2K, and double rebate and friction stay features, the 58BW flush casement offers excellent protection against bad weather.

With a 45mm sash and internal bead glazing of 24mm-35mm, the PAS24:2016 tested 58BW creates desirable sightlines, and is available in either top hung, side hung, multi-light or French casement configurations.

It includes multi-point locking, comes in single or dual colour, a textured or anodised finish, and can also be complemented with a choice of flat, putty line or stepped edge vent styles to suit a range of building applications and property styles.

Central Window Systems CEO Gary Morton said: β€œAfter seeing the success of Lineal, our range of PVCU flush casement windows, we knew the next step was to expand this into the aluminium market.

β€œThe 58BW aluminium flush casement window has been a welcome and worthwhile addition to our product portfolio.

β€œExpertly engineered to enhance any type of project, from heritage and refurbishments through to newbuilds and modern applications, it’s the perfect product to help our aluminium customer base get ahead.”
