Morley exclusive supplier of slimline integral blinds

Slimline ScreenLine integral blinds featuring 10mm Venetian slats, rather than the standard 12mm slats used in most systems, are now exclusively available in the UK from Uni-Blinds manufacturer Morley Glass.

Known as the ScreenLine SL16 system, it has always proved popular with homeowners who are retrofitting integral blinds into older generation windows and doors designed to accommodate a 24mm IGU in a 4mm-16mm-4mm configuration.

But the versatility of the SL16 means its potential goes much further, with the system also ideal for installing into composite doors and vertically sliding sash windows which often require a slimmer IGU.

The exclusive status awarded to Morley Glass coincides with the launch of six new colours for SL16, taking the total number to nine. This means slimline ScreenLine integral blinds can now be specified in colours including anthracite (S159), black (B160) and agate grey (S120).

Ian Short, managing director of Morley Glass, said: “SL16 is an integral blind system that is growing in its appeal for a variety of reasons. We believe there is excellent growth potential here in the UK, particularly as there are so many older windows and doors suitable for upgrading.

“We’ve partnered with Pellini for more than 20 years which gives them total confidence that we have the skills, commitment to quality and experience required to take this versatile system to the next level.

“So, if you are an installer dealing with an integral blind enquiry where a standard 20mm Uni-Blinds unit wouldn’t be suitable because the window or door won’t accommodate a 28mm unit, you should definitely take a look at the SL16 system.”

The ScreenLine SL16 slimline system is available in the manually operated corded system (SL16C) and magnetic slider (SL16SV).

SL16 integral blind units are available from Morley Glass on 10-12 working days when ordered by 10am on Thursdays.
