Metallic elements

Renolit has introduced two new metallic blacks into the Renolit Exofol PX range.

Noir 2010 and Iron Glimmer Black add a touch of luxury to black solid colours with the addition of metallic particles which create a subtle shimmer, the company said.

“Black windows are becoming increasingly popular and create a striking focus in an installation. Metallic surface finishes create a visual illusion of movement and texture, which give solid colours depth and character with a modern twist. The pigments in metallic exterior films create light reflectance giving installations a luxe finish.”

The Iron Glimmer effect is also available from Renolit in three more colours: anthracite, slate and white.

The complete range of metallic options from Renolit includes: Pyrite, Flemish Gold and Bronze Platin, which add hues of yellow, bronze and silver.

Renolit Exofol PX is a new exterior film which lasts longer outdoors, the company said. It uses superior colour pigments in both the base film and the printing inks which also incorporate SST (Solar Shield Technology). These pigments have better colour stability to reduce fading over time. Combined with SST, which reduces heat build-up in the profiles, it further improves the weatherabilty of the film.

“Renolit exterior films combine aesthetic power with durable quality for long lasting installations that are always on trend,” the company said.
