After debuting its CRM and business management system in 2023, Business Pilot has enjoyed a second outing to the GlassBuild America exhibition in Dallas, Texas.

Elton Boocock, managing director at Business Pilot said: “We often hear of them in our industry, but at GlassBuild it was a different kind of cowboy!

“The GlassBuild show attracted visitors from across Texas and beyond – no mean feat when you consider that the state of Texas is almost three times the size of the entire United Kingdom!

“Our booth was just across from the main National Glass Association (NGA) Pavilion & Main Stage, so we were at the heart of the action for the show. It offered us a fantastic opportunity to showcase the Business Pilot system to home improvement retailers and contractors from across the states.

“We had some great feedback, and our integration features were a particularly popular topic with visitors. US contractors are much more familiar with using tech ‘stacks’ to run the sales and operations of their businesses so they loved that our entire system could connect with all of the apps they already use thanks to our Zapier integration feature.”

Business Pilot is also connected to Paradigm Vendo, said tobe one of the leading home improvement contractor sales apps in the USA, via a seamless API.

Elton added: “The trip also gave us plenty of networking opportunities, with our industry friends both in America and those who had travelled from the UK to see what the GlassBuild Show had to offer. So, although we were in Dallas predominantly to see how we can support US contractors, we have come back armed with lots of feedback, ideas and development opportunities that will benefit our Business Pilot Community in the UK too.”
