Derby based trade fabricator, Frame Fast, has added 13 new options to its Roof Fast range, creating a comprehensive collection of glazed roof products for installers in the East Midlands.

The new aluminium product options include: pyramid lanterns, fixed lanterns, hinged-opening lanterns and vented lanterns, as well as flat fixed, hinged-opening, electric access and circular skylights. The range also features fixed and vented pitched skylights, modular options, wall abutment styles and walk-on rooflights.

“Roof lanterns and skylights are no longer considered a niche product,” said Jason Pascoe, general manager of Frame Fast’s specialist Aluminium Division. “After launching our fixed, flat rooflight last year, we’ve seen a real appetite in the market for something more design-led to suit high-end architectural projects. This impressive new suite of options gives installers some massive upsell opportunities.”

The Roof Fast hinged and vented opening and electric access lanterns and rooflights feature integrated, programmable electronic control units that can be controlled with a remote. Additional options such as climate control features, where smart sensors will automatically close the lantern when precipitation is detected, complete this smart range of roofs.

Most sized roofs can be delivered or collected pre-assembled and lead times are typically 7-10 days.
