Dekko Window Systems has become one of the first fabricators to feature Deceuninck UK’s new energy saving calculator on its website.
The selling tool has been designed to enable installers to demonstrate to homeowners how much money they would save by investing in energy efficient Deceuninck windows.
For example, according to the calculator, a double storey detached house with double glazing and mains gas could expect to save more than £6,600 over a 10-year period by having Deceuninck’s double glazing windows installed. This then rises to over £35,000 over 30 years, £63,000 over 40 years, and £110,000 over a 50-year period.
Dekko supplies Deceuninck’s traditional 2800 chamfered and Heritage 2500 decorative profiles, and also uses Deceuninck profile for its Infinity range of PVC windows.
Dekko sales director, Kurt Greatrex, commented: “It can often be a challenge for installers to demonstrate just how cost-saving energy efficient windows can be, but with Deceuninck’s new energy saving calculator, this becomes much easier.
“With energy costs currently through the roof, it’s more important than ever that we help consumers save where they can, and investing in energy efficient windows is one of the best ways to do this.”
