Aluplast UK has appointed two new members of staff: Daniel Pugh joins as a technical applications engineer, bolstering the system company’s existing technical applications department; and Hussain Abdulkader has joined as a new area sales manager for the south.

Daniel, who has extensive experience as an engineer in the aerospace industry, is tasked with servicing Aluplast’s growing UK customer base, providing technical support for production, assisting fabricators that require increased capacity, or those that are looking to introduce additional products from Aluplast’s portfolio.

Hussain, who has extensive sales and marketing experience at PVCU fabricators in the UK and overseas, said he is looking forward to expanding Aluplast’s market share.

“Having previously lost out on business in my previous roles because I couldn’t offer what my competitors had with Aluplast products, I was well aware of the benefits of the system before I joined,” he said

Ian Cocken, director of sales and marketing at Aluplast, welcomed Daniel and Hussain.

“Their combined experience, technical knowledge and enthusiasm means we are better positioned than ever to support the growth and development of new and existing customers throughout the UK,” he said.
