Veka has expanded its double flush, double rebated Omnia system with the introduction of three new profiles.

The new profiles include the Omnia 80mm outer frame, Omnia 84mm T mullion, and a 28mm cubic bead, all available across Omnia’s ex-stock colour range.

Designed as a future-ready platform from the outset, Omnia already combines casement, tilt & turn, French and residential door options within a consistent flush aesthetic. According to Veka, the latest additions refine that capability further, enhancing ventilation detailing, increasing recycled content, and extending configuration flexibility, while maintaining full compatibility across the system.

The new 80mm Omnia outer frame provides additional space for trickle ventilation without requiring frame extensions often associated with alternative systems. This supports easier integration of background ventilation while maintaining compatibility with Omnia’s existing steel reinforcements and ancillaries.

The profile also introduces core co-extrusion technology, incorporating fully recycled grey PVC-U material within the centre of the frame. This increases recycled content without affecting outward appearance or system performance, supporting sustainability objectives without altering specification.

Expanding configuration capability
The Omnia 84mm T mullion further strengthens the system’s flexibility, enabling the installation of tilt & turn windows alongside fixed units within the same double flush platform.

Tilt & turn windows are widely specified for their robust performance, secure multi-point locking and effective ventilation control. By delivering this configuration within Omnia, fabricators can achieve high-performing window combinations while maintaining the clean, flush aesthetic and without introducing alternative systems.

The mullion also enables inward-opening Omnia residential doors with fanlights above, complementing the existing Z Mullion option for outward-opening designs.

Architectural detail
Completing the expansion is a 28mm cubic bead, developed to deliver a sharper, square-edged aesthetic aligned with contemporary architectural preferences.

When paired with Veka’s Feinstruktur foil, the bead creates an aluminium-style appearance in PVC-U, combining clean visual lines with the durability, weather resistance, and thermal performance associated with advanced PVC-U systems. The bead is fully compatible across Veka systems and sized to meet RMI market requirements.
