Open for tender

Eastern Procurement’s current windows and doors framework is coming up to expire in September, and is about to be re-procured.

Eastern Procurement is a not-for-profit organisation that offers specialist OJEU compliant framework agreements and professional contract management services to local authorities, social landlords and other public sector bodies.

It delivers products and services for the refurbishment and maintenance of social housing and public buildings across seven counties in the east of England. It has a growing membership of 20 social housing providers and collective ownership of over 136,000 homes

The existing framework, which is a supply and fit service only, is being extended in the new contract to also include a supply-only service for those members that have a DLO and don’t require a need for fitting.

The contract is for 48 months and has an estimated spend value of £32 million.

The tender is open and close on July 14 at 4pm.
