Glass Systems re-brands as Press Glass

Glass Systems has re-launched as Press Glass, aligning its brand identities with its parent company.

In 2015, Glass Systems became part of the globally active Press Glass Group, reported to be the largest independent IGU manufacturer for the construction and window industry in Europe.

Khaled Elleboudy, managing director, commented: “We have decided that now is the right time to re-launch as Press Glass.

“We feel this is a natural progression for us, as we strongly believe that this will not only be a benefit for our company, but also strengthen the business within our industry.

“We would like to emphasise that Press Glass follows the same philosophy as we do and whilst the company’s appearance is changing, our core values, mission and commitment to delivering top quality products and services remain the same.”

The re-launch comes at a very exciting time for Glass Systems, which is currently building a ‘super factory’ in Port Talbot, South Wales, which will work alongside factories in England and Scotland.

Khaled said: “2024 is going to be a landmark year for us. Our new logo and style will be introduced across digital and visual platforms from 1 April 2024 and will quickly become identifiable as the leading name in the UK fenestration market as Glass Systems is now.

“The pinnacle will be the completion of the new high-tech factory in South Wales, allowing us to increase our production capacity to ensure continuity of supply to our customers and allowing us to increase our market share,” he continued.

“The level of automation will enable us to provide the highest quality for our customers and be ready to supply glazing that complies with the new regulations when they come in. It will also enable us to achieve our goal of reducing our CO2 emissions, reducing waste and saving energy.

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers for their continued support during this exciting chapter.”
