Ferrari prize winner
Philip Bedford, from East Sussex based fabricator Brighton Bifolds, was the lucky winner of the Ferrari track day experience given away by Emmegi on its stand at FIT.
Andrew Jones, Emmegi’s sales manager, presented Phil with a supercar track day voucher which he can use to drive his choice of supercar, including the iconic Italian Ferrari, around the British Grand Prix circuit at Silverstone.
The prize was chosen as a celebration of Emmegi’s proud Italian engineering heritage and the fact that its HQ is in Modena, less than 20 miles from Ferrari in Maranello and close to Lamborghini and Ducati.
For Philip Bedford, winning was a bonus on top of an already successful trip. He said: “I really enjoyed the day at FIT – there was loads to see and it was great to meet up with all the Emmegi team again. This obviously made the trip even more worthwhile though. I’m a big fan of Emmegi machines and of cars, so this is probably the perfect prize for me.”
Brighton Bifolds fabricates and installs bespoke aluminium windows and doors to retail and commercial customers across the South East. Its factory near Burgess Hill features an Emmegi Nanomatic copy router and double mitre saw.
