Crowning achievement

Newview has been awarded two Ukas accreditations: ISO9001:2015 for Quality Management and ISO14001:2015 for Environmental Management.

“We met the requirements of both standards without a single non-conformity,” managing director Michele Wietscher said. “This is the result of 12 months of hard work, scrutinising every element of our operation.

“At Newview, we work on everything from domestic doors and windows to the most complex and demanding commercial installations – and that means we have to be able to clearly demonstrate excellence in everything we do.”

The news comes as Newview reported a 38% increase in turnover on 2016-2017. However, since April 2018, the firm is already up 43% on the previous 12 months’ figures.

“Over the years, we’ve been extensively investing in skills and equipment, constantly scrutinising every aspect of the business to ensure it’s as good as it can possibly be,” Michelle said, “and now, that approach is paying dividends.

“It’s allowed us to steadily build an enviable reputation in the commercial sector, which, in the past few years, has seen us land some extremely lucrative projects.”

One niche area that Newview has established a footing in is in the supply of noise reduction window schemes for major airports around the UK.
