Blueprint for growth

Aluplast has agreed a new supply deal with D Glass.

As part of the agreement, D Glass it will supply Ideal 70, Aluplast’s slimline system, as part of its core PVCU offer.

James Clayson, general manager at D Glass, said: “The quality of the Aluplast product shows through in the finish, in the construction of its thermally efficient chambers and the options that it gives you. It’s also a highly accredited product, which means that we know it will do what we need it to do. It’s what you would expect from a German-engineered system and as a German-engineered system, it also appeals to developers and architects.”

Ideal 70 is available in an extensive choice of finishes including dual colour options. With a choice of 24mm to optimum 40mm triple glazed options, it achieves a WER A+ rating with standard components and A++ with specific profiles and IGUs.

Ian Cocken, director of sales and marketing UK and Ireland at Aluplast, said: “Our agreement with D Glass builds on Aluplast’s growing reach in specification and new build sectors. While our product portfolio delivers a high degree of flexibility across markets, the Ideal 70 and Ideal 4000 offer significant opportunities to architects, house builders and specifiers including a choice of highly flexible finish options, plus ecotech – our green option.”

Ecotech uses a production process to return pre and post-extrusion product, post-fabrication waste plus known source post-installation pelletized, PVCU into the extrusion process.
