Bavelloni is starting negotiations with Glaston on the purchase of the company’s glass pre-processing business in USA and Canada.
This operation is aimed at consolidating Bavelloni’s presence in the United States and Canada, where the Company is currently represented by Glaston America.
In line with its strategic plans, Bavelloni is committed to strengthen its position through a direct presence in North America, which is one of its main markets.
By investing in the USA, Bavelloni will be able to be closer to customers, to promote the Bavelloni brand, and to put more and more focus on the local business.
At the same time, Glaston and Bavelloni are defining the renewal of their collaboration where Glaston acts as official Bavelloni distributor in Mexico, Brazil and Singapore area.
