NorDan acquires Performance Doorset Solutions (PDS)

NorDan, the UK manufacturer of high-performance timber and aluminium clad timber windows and doors, has acquired a majority shareholding in door manufacturer, Performance Doorset Solutions (PDS), based in Littleborough, Greater Manchester.
Founded in 2003, PDS supplies fully certified, high-quality fire door sets, including FD30, FD60 and Secure by Design entrance doors.
NorDan serves a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, social housing and major construction projects across the UK and Northern Europe. This acquisition strengthens the ability to offer a more comprehensive and tailored range of high-performance entrance door solutions to the market.
The current directors of PDS will retain a significant shareholding and continue to be represented at board level, ensuring continuity of leadership and vision.
