Industry urged to share views on AI in new survey

AI training and consultancy specialist, thinkivity has launched a quick online survey to assess AI adoption, opportunities, and barriers in the window, door and glazing sector. The survey aims to assess how the industry is using – or planning to use – artificial intelligence.
The short, 3-minute survey is open now and invites owners, directors, and decision-makers from across the industry to share their thoughts. From quoting and admin to marketing and customer communication, the survey explores current use cases, confidence levels, and potential future applications of AI in day-to-day operations.
“AI is already transforming other industries, but we are finding that whilst glazing businesses are keen to adopt AI and start utilising tools, they are often unsure where to begin or how to apply it practically within a glazing business,” said Carly Graham, partner at thinkivity.
“The results of this survey will give us insight on how the sector is already embracing AI as well as helping us to shape tailored AI training and solutions that genuinely meet the needs of installers, fabricators, and suppliers.”
The survey takes just a few minutes to complete and is open until Monday 1 September. thinkivity will publish key findings later this summer, giving participants an exclusive early look at how their peers in the glazing sector are approaching AI.
