Finstral invites retail partners to showcase systems

Finstral, a European brand that offers a range of premium modular window, door and glass wall systems, is looking to partner with UK window and door installers.
Founded in 1969 in South Tyrol, Northern Italy, Finstral is still family-owned and employs around 1,600 people across 14 production sites.
Engineering excellence
According to Finstral, one of its greatest strengths is its vertically integrated manufacturing approach. Every component, from profiles and insulating glass to hardware and final assembly, is produced in-house.
This is designed to ensure consistent quality, reliable supply and wide-ranging customisation.
The company’s flagship product is the FIN-Window system. Launched in 2019 as the successor to the long-standing FIN-72, it is said to mark ‘a significant step forward’ in system design. With ultra-slim sightlines, corner-welded joints and excellent thermal insulation, Finstral claims that it outperforms many traditional PVC-U and aluminium systems currently available in the UK.
With more than 40 profile variations, FIN-Window can be specified in classic PVC-U, sleek aluminium or hybrid combinations. It can also be customised with features such as lattice designs, frameless sashes and burglary resistance up to RC2.
While slim frames and large glazing areas have become the standard expectation, Finstral says that its systems aim to do more. Products such as FIN-Window, the FIN-Project aluminium system and the FIN-Slide sliding solution are engineered not only to maximise light and views but also to improve the overall atmosphere inside a home.
Finstral adds that it also offers partners an advantage through design variety. With more than 230 finishes and countless frame-surface combinations, systems can be tailored to suit anything from minimalist modern architecture to more traditional designs.
According to Finstral, this makes it far more than just a supplier of products, it also becomes a design partner, helping customers ‘shape the look and feel of their homes’.
Studio advantage
Understanding that decisions about windows are rarely made from brochures alone, Finstral has created the Finstral Studio concept. Based in Borehamwood, the UK’s first Finstral Studio offers a dedicated space for trade professionals, specifiers and homeowners to experience products in person. Visitors can handle profiles, compare finishes, test functionality and see how details such as corner joints or frameless sashes look and perform in real life.
For partners, this hands-on approach makes the sales process more effective. Rather than talking through abstract performance values, they can invite clients to feel the difference for themselves – from acoustic and insulation performance to surface quality and hardware operation. The result is said to be greater confidence, more showroom traffic and stronger sales.
Finstral offers full support, including technical training, tailored marketing resources and bespoke showroom displays.
Several UK partners are already said to be ‘reaping the benefits’, reporting increased interest and stronger differentiation in their markets. Finstral says that its aim is to build long-term working relationships with partners ‘who value design flexibility, technical excellence and the assurance of working with a proven European brand’.
