Danny Jones is technical director for Kall Kwik Machinery. In this article, he discusses the new launch of Schtec Makine’s product range in the UK, and the benefits and savings it can offer their customers.
At Kall Kwik, we’re always focussed on delivering the best products possible, at the best price. It’s something we’ve built our reputation upon, and we always want to ensure our clients are getting the most cost-effective machinery that suits them and their needs.
Alongside our incredible range from Urban and Fom, we’ve added another string to our bow, introducing the impressive Schtec range to the UK market.
Schtec Makine was launched in 2013 by a group of experienced engineers and designers, and has been producing high-quality, affordable machinery for the European market for close to a decade.
Its range encompasses all the latest innovations and considerations for manufacturers, but with a difference. All Schtec machinery is constructed using the highest-quality parts and componentry, which match the capabilities and demands of more expensive pieces of machinery, without the premium price point.
Schtec’s range includes machinery for both PVC-U and aluminium systems.
Constructed and designed with the same components and features that manufacturers would expect in top-of-the-line German machinery, Schtec’s systems make use of industry-leading Beckhoff automation software, and even the screws used are manufactured by Würth.
Focusing on delivering the best machinery for the best price is an ethos we can get behind here at Kall Kwik, and when the products are so well-made and constructed with the best materials available, it’s a no-brainer for us to give our stamp of approval.
We really anticipate the new range to shake things up within the industry. Introducing such a competitive player to the market will no doubt come with its own challenges, but when you have faith in the product, and are aware of the problems the Schtec range can solve, I’m sure it’ll have no problem carving out a name for itself within the UK market.
After a boom within the glazing sector following the pandemic, where people had the spare cash around to invest in larger scale home improvement projects, we’re now starting to see something of a downturn, not just regarding the work available, but in the types of jobs that companies are able to take on. This includes the ways that fabricators can re-invest in themselves.
The Schtec range more than guarantees the best fit for many businesses. I could go on all day about the quality construction of the machines, the parts used, and the industry-leading software that it utilises, but we know that our customers can’t argue with results.
We’re thrilled to be Schtec’s partner here in the UK, and we can’t wait to see what sort of impact its range has on the market. It’s been a really encouraging few months, and going into 2023, we’re excited to see what sort of developments and innovations we’ll see throughout the glazing industry this year.
At Kall Kwik, we believe we offer one of the best product ranges in the industry, and with our core ACE support package that provides advice, care, and engineering to all of our customers, we believe that all of our fabricators will be on track for an amazing 2023. Schtec may be the best kept secret in the industry, but not for much longer…
