The use of artificial intelligence continues to become more widespread within the industry, with the latest example being the launch of Claria, an AI powered assistant that has been developed by Guardian Glass

A feature that is now built into the Guardian website, Claria has been designed to help users with a range of common tasks, such as answering technical questions, recommending solutions for project requirements, identifying local suppliers and suggesting relevant content.

Unlike a regular search facility, Claria is said to be able to engage in conversations and provide contextual recommendations.

It is just the latest example of how AI can help businesses to operate more efficiently, and more cost effectively, which is particularly important in the economic climate where organisations are having to work a lot harder in order to make any noticeable gains.

As Elton Boocock, founder of AI consultancy and training specialist, thinkivity, explains, industry specific tools such as GlazingBot are not necessarily designed to run your business for you, but they can help with day to day tasks, freeing up resources that can be deployed elsewhere.
