Having recently expanded its range of solutions, Dieffe Macchine continues to deliver innovative systems for water recycling and microfiltration to the glass industry. Today, the company provides fully automatic systems for uncontaminated water and microfiltration.

Based in Italy, Dieffe Macchine boasts extensive experience in solid/liquid separation dating back to 2002. The company is said to be highly specialised in the development, production, and ‘turnkey’ installation of plants, using advanced and reliable technologies.

By designing tailor-made systems to meet each customer’s specific requirements, Dieffe Macchine’s technical staff carry out thorough feasibility analyses to offer an accurate technical and economic assessment of every project’s viability.

Dieffe Macchine has also expanded its product and solution range in recent years. In this case, the company’s attention to detail has made it possible to improve the functionality of its centralised system, which is now fully automatic. The system’s water flow rate is much higher than that of one or two machines, where the water quality must always remain optimal.

The advantage of this solution is that, compared to a single centrifuge, the flow capacity is unlimited. Automatic operation is another major benefit. In this setup, the centrifuge automatically performs self-cleaning cycles during operation.

In fact, both the centrifuge startup and the water supply to the system are automatically controlled. All of this is supported by a remote assistance system that allows continuous monitoring of the system’s parameters, even when different settings are applied.

Another project Dieffe Macchine is currently engaged in focuses on water microfiltration down to 1 µm. The installation of a special filter combined with the water treatment system is designed to be perfectly suited for the fuses and the overall water composition of the system, and then to further improve water quality. The use of softened water for replenishing the recycling system prevents the formation of limescale deposits.

Dieffe Macchine is now able to provide different systems for all types of glass products that use water during processing, giving customers the opportunity to conserve water, reduce costs, and minimise wastewater and discharge, all while respecting the environment, since Dieffe Macchine’s solutions are chemical-free.
