Trade and commercial fabricator Astraseal has launched the Alitherm 800 system, a new aluminium flush casement from Smarts.

Colin Stanley, operations director at Astraseal, said: “Not only does Alitherm 800 present new opportunities for our customers – capitalising on the huge demand for flush casements – it’s actually far more cost-effective compared to its PVCU counterparts.

“We have invested in a new end milling machine to help with manufacture, but with the strength of the range, we anticipate a strong reception from customers as well as consumers and specifiers.”

Suited to both residential and commercial applications, Alitherm 800 uses a thermal break to deliver low U-values and a Window Energy Rating of A.

The new flush casement is available in any RAL colour and can be finished using Smart’s Cotswold and Sensations ranges.
