ODL Europe has moved to a 24/7 shift pattern, and launched its in-house composite door prepping facility at its UK headquarters in Bootle, Merseyside

Nathan Barr, managing director of ODL Europe, said: “It’s a sign of just how fast the company is growing as more fabricators see the benefits of working with ODL Europe.

The door prepping facility, which follows a six-figure investment, includes prepping slabs for customers’ door locks, letter plates and door hinges with open-in and open-out options. The flexible service ranges from simple sizing of the doors on the new beam saw to a full prepped door service with or without edge banding.

“We opened the new facility in early April and we’re already seeing an upturn in prepped orders from our customers with a quick, efficient turnaround being achieved,” Nathan said.
