Situated in the peaceful neighbourhood of Gilford, Northern Ireland, this ultramodern self-build is home to Clarke Graham and his family.

Overlooking views of the River Bann and the surrounding rural landscape, the property features six Keylite roof windowsthat frame the picturesque Irish countryside.

The property owner, Clarke Graham, wanted the peak of the house to become a standout feature. He approached local roof window manufacturer Keylite Roof Windows (Keylite) to design a bespoke Ridge Roof Window System (RG) capable of creating a striking beacon of natural light in the main kitchen and living space.

Keylite supplied six non-opening Fixed Skylights (QFS). Through bespoke flashing and recessing, the windows form a seamless, continuous glazing across the ridge of the roof, creating a bright and airy living area.

Installed as a non-opening roof window, the Ridge Roof Windows are said to ffer excellent thermal benefits and come fitted as standard with Keylite’s Integrated Expanding Thermal Collar and Flick-Fit brackets.

Keylite Ridge Roof Windows are suitable for both domestic and commercial builds. They are available for the following ranges: Centre Pivot (CP), Top Hung (TH), Conservation (CW) and White Finish (WF) Roof Windows, all with the option of an Integral Blind (I).

Keylite offers a comprehensive range of roof windows, blinds, timber loft ladders, flashings, electric operation kits and accessories.
