Wide span glazing

Kingfisher Windows has added the Reynaers CP 130 aluminium lift and slide door to its portfolio.

The door offers U-values of 2.35W/m2K, watertightness of 750Pa, windload resistance of 1,600Pa, and airtightness of 600Pa, and complies with Burglar Resistance class 2.

Deborah Beeley, sales and marketing manager at Kingfisher Windows, said: “Kingfisher lift and slide doors are perfect for installers who have customers looking for an alternative to bifolds. The doors can offer 9m spans of glass and heights up to 2,700mm, which means they are suitable for almost all properties.

“Installers can choose from wall to wall, and ceiling to floor glass, as well as the option of cornerless glazing without any fixed corner element. There’s even a low threshold option too. Architects want to make the most of views and the available light by specifying large amounts of glass. The new CP 130 lift and slide door means that installers can offer a product that ticks the boxes for architects and homeowners alike and meets the trend for large areas of glass.”
