Epwin fabricator Universal Trade Frames has added eight new trucks to its transport fleet to support continued business growth. The brand-new Renault EasiLoader trucks, form part of a 10-strong fleet of vehicles.
Duncan Saunders, general manager at Universal Trade Frames, said: “We needed to increase our fleet to support our customers with the rise in demand for our products. At the same time, we took the opportunity to replace some of the older vehicles that had become less economical to run. In today’s climate, it makes good business sense to invest in newer, modern vehicles that are better for the environment and are fuel efficient too.”
Universal Trade Frames manufactures the Spectus PVC-U window and door system and has partnered with Epwin Window Systems for 25 years.
Duncan said: We’ve seen exceptional demand for our products over the past two years and despite the challenges faced across our sector, we have continued to invest in the business to support our customers.
“Not only is our product range comprehensive, but we also make sure that all other areas of our business measure up too. Customer service, technical support, quality products and high OTIF deliveries are all part of our business model.
“Life is complicated enough and our policy of being a straightforward, easy to deal with company is one of the biggest reasons why so many of our customers are loyal and have been with us for many years,” he concluded.
