Premier Arches has further expanded its production facility with the installation of a new 2,000ft² mezzanine floor at its St Helens headquarters.

The additional production space will be used purely for profile bending, allowing the company to streamline its processes, with total manufacturing space now at 12,000ft².

Managing director, Sean Greenall, commented: “We’ve been seeing increased demand for our arched frame products, and so we felt it was important to expand our premises in order to improve efficiency and turnaround times to our valued customers.

“Over the past three years, we’ve outgrown our premises, and have consistently gained new customers who are looking for not only high-quality products, but easy and honest service. The new mezzanine is an extremely worthwhile investment, as it will allow us to successfully meet continued demand while still delivering the quality our customers are used to.”

Established in 2015, Premier Arches manufactures and supplies arched, angled, gable, circular and entirely bespoke windows and doors in a range of stocked systems, offering a full service to fabricators, trade counters, installers and local builders.
