Epwin Window Systems installer, Oswestry Windows and Doors, is reporting a strong upturn in demand, despite a backdrop of market uncertainty and expectations of a wider downturn in the economy.

Owner, Matthew Dunne-Smith, said: “We have never been so busy! We have seen year-on-year growth for the past few years as a result of the boom in domestic refurbishments and we were anticipating a downturn in 2023. But so far, we have been proven wrong. Our sales and order pipeline have never been so strong and despite us anticipating a market slowdown, we’re seeing the opposite!”

Matthew attributes his company’s continued upturn to the mix of products on offer. Oswestry Windows and Doors installs Epwin’s Stellar, Optima, PatioMaster and vertical sliding window systems.

Matthew commented: “The feature-rich products from Epwin make it easy to upsell and gives us what we need to secure lucrative contracts across high-end domestic projects.”

He continued: “The cutting-edge advantage of these systems, coupled with the quality and service we get from our fabrication partner Heritage Trade Frames, means we can more than deliver on customer expectations. In turn, this helps us attract attention from additional high-end projects, helping to continue the cycle.”

Oswestry Windows and Doors provides refurbishment, renovation and construction services throughout Shropshire, Cheshire, North and Mid-Wales.
