Camden has developed its in-house customer service website, Ciris.
Ciris is free, and offers instant access to a range of information on customers’ orders. It gives them the opportunity to view orders securely online, check order progress, review details, view invoices, track a live order, get updates on delivery, and download energy certificates and declaration of performance for CE markings.
By having this system online, customers can access key information at any time using their secure login details. The website helps customers keep on top of orders, right down to when the order will be delivered, by which driver, and the driver’s contact details.
Camden will monitor and improve this service to ensure it is as accurate as possible.
