Shaped frame specialist Premier Arches says it can make ordering complex and bespoke-shaped windows and doors more straightforward with its one-stop service on shaped frames and glass units.

Manufacturing from its dedicated facility in St Helens, the specialist fabricator experienced solid growth throughout 2025 and has reported that more and more trade customers are asking for a comprehensive service on arched, round and angled PVC-U frames.

“It’s not unusual for fabricators, installers and trade counters to source their own IGUs,” said Joe Trueman, director at Premier Arches. “But shaped insulated glass units create a more complex ordering process, purely because of their bespoke nature. If you’re working from templates, it can mean creating more than one to share with multiple suppliers, and juggling different deadlines too.

“It’s much easier and more efficient for trade customers to let us take care of the glass as well as the bespoke-shaped frames, ordering everything at the same time and having everything delivered together.”

Premier Arches works closely with its glass partners to offer a range of decorative glass options, as well as standard IGUs, to deliver the one-stop service with no compromise on design choice.
